gusts up to 45 kt and seas 13 to 16 ft. For the Storm Warning,
north winds 30 to 45 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 15 to
20 ft expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Sandy Hook NJ to Manasquan Inlet NJ from
20 to 40 NM, Waters from Manasquan Inlet NJ to Little Egg
Inlet NJ from 20 to 60 NM, Waters from Little Egg Inlet NJ to
Great Egg Inlet NJ from 20 to 60 NM, Waters from Great Egg
Inlet NJ to Cape May NJ from 20 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape
May NJ to Fenwick Island DE from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 AM EDT Friday. For the
Storm Warning, from 6 AM Friday to 6 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
