...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be

  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following

  counties, Bledsoe, Meigs and Rhea.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - Hurricane Isaias is expected to bring moderate to heavy rainfall

    to the area early Saturday morning through early Sunday. Rainfall

    totals of 1 to 2 inches are expected with locally heavier

    amounts. High rainfall rates and the potential for repeated

    rounds of moderate to heavy rain will support the potential of

    flash flooding.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
