Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm 26W will impact Saipan and Tinian, and the far northern Marianas late this week and into the weekend. South of Tropical Storm 26W, a monsoon surge will develop across the Marianas. Winds could approach near-gale force in the higher terrain with gale force gusts. Windy conditions may continue beyond Saturday night and this product may need to be extended. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
