* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1126 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Beckley, Mount Hope, Piney View, Stanaford, Prosperity, Bradley,
Beaver, Daniels and Macarthur.
- This includes the following highways...
Route 19 between mile markers 1 and 4. Interstate 64 in West
Virginia between mile markers 123 and 127. West Virginia Turnpike
between mile markers 45 and 49.
