* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
seas 5 to 7 ft expected.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Oregon Inlet to Ocracoke Inlet.

* WHEN...From 5 PM Monday to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front will move south through the
area Monday evening and will be accompanied by a period of
elevated winds through Monday night. Elevated seas are then
forecast to last into the middle of the week.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
