...The Flood Warning is extended for the following waterways in
Indiana...

  Flatrock River at Saint Paul.

Wildcat Creek at Kokomo and near Jerome.

  Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following waterways in
Indiana...

  Big Blue River at Carthage.

  Fall Creek near Fortville.

  Driftwood River near Edinburgh.

.Copious rainfall over the past two days along with yet another
round of storms coming today is bringing significant flooding to
central Indiana. This includes tributaries into the main stem
rivers, including Flatrock River, Wildcat Creek, Mississinewa River,
Big Blue River, Fall Creek, and Driftwood River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Even 6 inches of fast-moving flood water can knock you off your feet
and a depth of 2 feet will float your car. Never try to walk, swim,
or drive through such swift water. If you come upon flood waters,
stop, turn around and go another way.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/ind.

The next statement should be issued late tonight by around 430 AM
EDT.
