Arroyos continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 239 PM MDT, Bands of moderate to heavy rainfall continue to lash northern Dona Ana County. Expect flooding on nearly all arroyos and low water crossings in the area. - Flooding may cut off hiking trails in backcountry areas around the Robledo and Dona Ana Mountains, including behind Broad Canyon Dam and around Prehistoric Trackways National Monument. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
