* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Schuylkill County in central Pennsylvania...
Dauphin County in south central Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania...
* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 351 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the
warned area.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pottsville, Linglestown, Schuylkill Haven, Minersville, St.
Clair, Paxtonia, Skyline View, Orwigsburg, Valley View,
Millersburg, Pine Grove, Port Carbon, Lykens, Tremont, Duncannon,
Elizabethville and Williamstown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
