* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Windy Pass.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 10 PM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts up to 40 mph possible along the
  Parks Hwy towards Anderson. There is a chance wind gusts could be
  stronger depending on the track and strength of the low moving
  across the YK Delta.
