rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...East Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 745 AM MST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 539 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small
stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Chico, Arroyo, Santa Cruz River and Rillito River.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tucson, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, South Tucson and Catalina
Foothills.
- This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 262 and 266.
