* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by upstream dam release continues to
  be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
  county, White.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Discharge from the Norway Dam exceeds 9,000 cubic feet per
    second.

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
  and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

  - Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are likely.
