In North Central WY...Hot Springs...Johnson...Washakie. * WIND: West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * THUNDERSTORMS: Lightning and outflow wind gusts to 60 mph will be possible through Monday afternoon. * HUMIDITY: As low as 9 percent. * TEMPERATURES: Highs in the lower 90s; highs in the 80s in zones 285 and 300.
