* Until 1115 AM EDT.
* At 718 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across or approaching the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1
inch of rain has fallen with an additional 1 to 3 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Zanesville, Coshocton, Newcomerstown, New Concord, West Lafayette,
Sugarcreek, South Zanesville, North Zanesville, Dresden,
Frazeysburg, Baltic, Philo, Warsaw, Pleasant Grove, Cumberland,

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
