...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Muskingum County in east central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 243 AM EDT, doppler radar indicates thunderstorms produced
between 2 and 5 inches in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly, with multiple roads still closed in
Roseville.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Zanesville, South Zanesville, Philo, Fultonham, Cannelville,
Duncan Falls, East Fultonham, Ruraldale, Chandlersville and Blue
Rock State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
