...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...For the first Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 109.
  For the second Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 112 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast
  Georgia.

* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening.
  For the second Heat Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.

To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and
Health Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in
shaded or air conditioned environments. Anyone overcome by heat
should be moved to a cool and shaded location. Heat stroke is an
emergency! Call 9 1 1.

...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 110. For the
  Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with heat index
  values up to 115 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast
  Georgia.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the
  Extreme Heat Watch, from Wednesday morning through Wednesday
  evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high
  humidity may cause heat illnesses.
