...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY

EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and

  northeast Mississippi, including the following counties, in central

  Mississippi, Choctaw. In east central Mississippi, Clarke, Kemper,

  Lauderdale, Noxubee and Winston. In north central Mississippi,

  Carroll, Grenada, Montgomery and Webster. In northeast Mississippi,

  Clay, Lowndes and Oktibbeha.

* WHEN...From Friday evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - Heavy rain associated with Isaias will eventually spread across

    the watch area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action

should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
