...The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...Ohio...

  Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Adams, Van Wert and
  Allen IN Counties.

.Rises on area rivers occurred as a result of recent repeated heavy
rainfall.

For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO TUESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.8 feet, Flood water begins to cross Ohio Highway
  49 north of Willshire, Ohio.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:15 PM EDT Friday the stage was 17.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:15 PM EDT Friday was 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 17.2 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage late tonight to 15.7 feet
    tomorrow evening. It will rise above flood stage early Sunday
    morning to 18.8 feet Sunday evening. It will then fall below
    flood stage again Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
