...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Mississinewa River near Marion affecting Grant, Wabash and Miami
  Counties.

  Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Adams and Wells Counties.

  Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana...

  Salamonie River below Warren affecting Wabash, Blackford, Jay,
  Huntington and Wells Counties.

For the Mississinewa River...including Marion...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
For the Salamonie River...including Warren...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The flooding of county roads begin.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.9
    feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Mississinewa River near Marion.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Boots Street begins to flood as water
  backs up Massey Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:45 AM EDT Thursday was 13.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 3.4 feet early
    Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Salamonie River below Warren.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The river reaches flood stage with minor
  flooding of low agricultural land and roads nearest the river.
  Belleville Road and East Flowing Well Road northwest of Warren
  become impassable and isolated nearby residences.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:45 AM EDT Thursday was 12.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 12.5 feet this morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon to 11.0
    feet tomorrow morning. It will rise to 11.1 feet early
    tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
