Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...
White River at Hazleton.
.Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 4 inches across much of the area is
bringing minor lowland flooding to middle and lower portions of the
White River basin including at Hazleton.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement should be issued Friday morning by around 1100 AM

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...White River at Hazleton.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening to Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, Flood water is near or starting on
Pottsville Road. Low bottomlands are increasingly affected by
flood waters.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Saturday evening to a crest of 17.5 feet Sunday evening. It
will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
