* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Much of central Indiana.

* WHEN...From noon EDT today through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of storms are likely to produce flooding this
    afternoon and evening with isolated rain amounts of 2 to 4
    inches.
