* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Fairfield County in central Ohio...
Hocking County in central Ohio...
Northeastern Pickaway County in central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 715 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 417 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Lancaster, Logan, Hide-A-Way Hills, Hocking Hills State Park,
Starr, Royalton, Amanda, Stoutsville, Murray City, Sugar Grove,
Tarlton, Rockbridge, Gibisonville, Enterprise, Buena Vista in
Hocking County, Hideaway Hills and Clearport.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
