...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY

MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following areas,

  Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin AL, Jackson, Lauderdale,

  Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall and Morgan and southern

  middle Tennessee, including the following areas, Franklin TN,

  Lincoln and Moore.

* WHEN...From late Friday night through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - Heavy rainfall associated with Hurricane Isaias will move through

    the area starting overnight Friday into Saturday and continue

    through Sunday morning. Widespread 2-4 inches is expected with

    locally higher amounts between 5-7 inches.
