...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Marathon County in central Wisconsin...
  Portage County in central Wisconsin...
  Wood County in central Wisconsin...
  Outagamie County in northeastern Wisconsin...
  Shawano County in northeastern Wisconsin...
  Waupaca County in northeastern Wisconsin...

* WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 543 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This  will cause urban and small stream flooding.
    Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Appleton, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Shawano, Waupaca,
    Marshfield, Kaukauna, Little Chute, New London, Kimberly,
    Clintonville, Mosinee, Pulaski, Spencer, Whiting, Black Creek,
    Bevent, Amherst, Pittsville and Fremont.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
