The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Coconino County in north central Arizona...This includes the
  Colorado River between river miles 113 and 154.

* Until 515 PM MST.

* At 214 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across a large area of northwest Coconino County,
  including several drainages in the Grand Canyon that flow into the
  Colorado River. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are possible in
  the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, and
           normally dry washes.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Locust Point, Grand Canyon National Park, Alarcon Terrace, Tobar
  Terrace, Blacktail Canyon, Garnet Canyon, Muav Canyon, Timp Point,
  North Timp Point, Stina Point and Havasupai Reservation.

This includes the Colorado River between river miles 113 and 154.

This includes the following recreation areas and campgrounds...
Above Buckhorn Canyon Camp Site, 119.8 Mile Right Camp Site, 119.8
Mile Left Camp Site, Patch Camp Site, Upset Hotel Camp Site and
Sinyala Camp Site.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
  Hundred and Twentyseven Mile Creek, Hakatai Canyon, 119- Mile
  Creek, 122- Mile Creek, Hundred and Twentyeight Mile Creek, 133-
  Mile Creek, Galloway Canyon, Royal Arch Creek, Havasu Creek, Deer
  Creek, Fossil Canyon, 128- Mile Creek, Fishtail Canyon, Blacktail
  Canyon, Shinumo Creek, 140- Mile Canyon, Olo Canyon, Specter Chasm,
  Stone Creek, Forster Canyon, Sinyella Canyon, Hundred and Twenty
  Mile Creek, 150- Mile Canyon, Colorado River, "130- Mile Creek",
  Matkatamiba Canyon, Tapeats Creek, Bonita Creek, 127-Mile Creek,
  Garnet Canyon, "127.6- Mile Canyon", Waltenberg Canyon and Bedrock
  Canyon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will become
muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could become
flooded as well.

Get out of washes and creeks if you are camping or hiking! Flooding
is occurring or imminent and will inundate creeks and washes.
