...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  areas, Northern Lycoming, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton,
  Southern Lycoming, Sullivan and Union.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered to numerous heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms
    are expected into tonight. Efficient rainfall rates of up to 1.50
    inches per hour along with repeat rounds of rain could result in
    flash flooding across the area.
