* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...West Central Fairfield County in central South Carolina...
East Central Newberry County in central South Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 519 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small
stream flooding. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
