...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties,
  Allamakee, Chickasaw, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek and
  southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Dodge,
  Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted and Winona.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of storms could track over areas that have
    already seen flooding over the past week and produce 1-3+ inches
    of rain, which could quickly result in renewed flooding.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
